Episode 23 - TOW The Chicken Pox

Synopsis: Phoebe contracts chicken pox and gives it to her lover from the Navy (Charlie Sheen). Meanwhile Chandler gets Joey an entry level job at his company and he decides to play a character while there. Richard tries to think of an obsessive thing he does to make Monica feel better about her own neurotic behaviour.
The Good: Although this is not the best written episode, the acting from all concerned is good. Chandler stands out once more with his enthusiastic efforts. The closing scene with Ross trying to sweep Rachel off but being unable to because she hasn’t finished closing the coffee shop is really well done.
The Bad: Although the Monica obsessive behaviour plot is fine as an idea, it doesn’t go anywhere. Joey making things up at work which screw over Chandler doesn’t seem like typical Joey behaviour. And the scene where Chandler angers Joey by having a fake affair with his fake wife is really stupid.
Best Line: (Ra) “So wait this guy goes down for like two years at a time?”
(C) “(mouth full of muffin noise)”
(M) “That’ll teach you to lick my muffin”
(C) “(angry mouth full of muffin noise).”
