Episode 16 - TOW The Cop

Synopsis: Phoebe finds a police badge, Ross tries to buy a couch and Joey tries to find closeness with a woman.
The Good: Ross is pretty funny, especially considering he has no story to work with other than lifting a couch.
The Bad: There is no real story or character development. Joey seems to be changing but it is just the set up for a cheap joke. Phoebe doesn’t do much of note with her cop badge and Ross moving a couch doesn’t provide enough laughs to justify such a weak story.

(C) “Shut up, shut up, shut uuuuup.”
