Episode 8 - TOW The Stripper

25 March 2012

Synopsis: Rachel tells her Dad about her pregnancy while Monica accidentally hires a hooker for Chandler’s bachelor party.

The Good: A really funny episode. Both Ross and Rachel’s scenes with Rachel’s Dad are excellent. Ron Leibman is superb here; his anger is so believable and he is the perfect foil to the cowardly parents to be. Joey and Chandler also make the most out of their amusing misunderstanding with the hooker.

The Bad: Phoebe as usual. After all the crap he has been through with women over the years, you’d think Ross would have been honest with Mona from the start.

Best Line: (Ra) “Yes Ross and I used to date and yes we are going to have a baby. But we are definitely not getting back together.”
(Mona) “How can I be sure of that?”
(Ra) “Oh, because we drove each other crazy. He was possessive, he was jealous he could never just let the little things go.”
(Ro) “Trying to date this woman.”

Best Friend: Rachel
