I've become such a fan of the weird friendship Penny and Sheldon share. The most recent episode paired them together with Penny's dislocated shoulder and I admit there were moments where I was laughing so hard I was crying. Penny's calm and accepting manner around Sheldon's insanity is so different than any of the other character's reactions to him. I think she's a good foil for his character. Plus, who wouldn't love Soft Kitty sung in round?
