Episode 24 - TOW Chandler And Monica's Wedding (2)

Review
Synopsis: Phoebe and Ross track down Chandler and take him step-by-step to the wedding. The “news” that Monica is pregnant spreads far enough to reach Chandler. Joey has to deal with a drunken Richard Crosby as he tries to finish filming for the day and get to the wedding. The Good: Ross taking Chandler one step at a time is a nice sensible idea. Chandler’s reaction to the pregnancy is sweet. Rachel finding a Greek Orthodox Minister to replace Joey leads to a couple of good jokes. Joey is funny in places as he tries to get out of work and then get through the ceremony. The Bad: Gary Oldman playing drunk is pretty hit and miss, as are most of the jokes here. The ceremony itself walks the fine line between entertaining and really stupid as Joey screws up. Essentially there is a lot of rushing about but nothing much happens. It’s a disappointing episode, especially when compared to how eventful Ross’ wedding was. Best Line: (Ro) “We’re just gonna go home and take a shower. That’s not scary right?”
