Review
Synopsis: Joey starts working at Central Perk to help pay the bills. Phoebe angers Monica and Rachel by claiming they are high maintenance and a push over respectively. And Chandler and Ross argue over who made up a joke. The Good: Chandler telling Monica he likes maintaining her. Rachel demonstrating subtly that she is a push over. The Bad: You can tell by the synopsis how thin an episode this is. Joey is stupid and unbelievable as usual. Ross and Chandler arguing is incredibly dull and repetitive. But it is not quite as bad as Monica getting angry at the thought that she might be high maintenance. Surely by now she knows what everyone thinks of her? They have been making jokes about it for six years. Best Line: (M) “Why do I have to decide?”
(C) “Because you’re the only one that can be fair?”
(M) “I can’t be fair, you’re my boyfriend.”
(Ro) “Yeah but I’m your brother. We’re family. That’s the most important thing in the world.”
(C) “Don’t try and sway her. (Whispers) I’m your only chance to have a baby.” Best Friend: Chandler
